Locum Assignment Brief – Early Help Team Manager We are seeking an experienced Manager to provide strong leadership, oversight, and professional direction to a team of Early Help Practitioners. The role is responsible for ensuring service delivery , driving high-quality, integrated, and systemically informed practice to support families and prevent escalation where children are at risk of poor outcomes. The postholder will oversee complex casework, including families moving  from statutory services, ensuring sustained progress and impact. A key focus will be delivering high-quality supervision and performance management in line with agreed standards. Candidates must be immediately available, fully compliant, and able to start within two weeks. The role requires 3–4 days on site and the ability to quickly take operational management responsibility following a basic induction.
