Role
We are looking for a proactive Property Manager to join our team, supporting the delivery of high-quality temporary accommodation
You will manage a portfolio of temporary accommodation placements, acting as a key point of contact for residents and providers, ensuring homes are safe, compliant, and well managed. You will support households to sustain their accommodation and move on into settled housing.
Key Responsibilities
Manage temporary accommodation placements and act as the main contact for residents and providers
Ensure compliance with tenancy/licence agreements and resolve breaches
Support residents with tenancy issues including arrears, ASB, and property condition
Monitor property standards and coordinate repairs and inspections
Work with accommodation providers to ensure contractual compliance
Help ensure accommodation is used efficiently and effectively
About You
Experience in housing, homelessness or property/PRS management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
