Early Intervention Worker (Scale 5)

About the Role
Enfield’s Family Hubs are at the heart of our ambition to give every child the best start in life and provide joined-up, early help to families when they need it most.
We are looking for Family Help Intervention Workers to join our Family Hubs teams. This is a front-line, family-facing role, focused on early intervention, play, communication, and supporting parents and carers to build confidence in caring for their children.
You will work directly with families from pregnancy through early childhood, delivering group-based and targeted interventions from within our welcoming Family Hubs and out in the community, helping families access the right support at the right time.

The post holder will be required to be available to carry out daily remote working at any of the children’s centre settings including satellite and community sites.
