Social Worker (Children's) CAP

We are looking for an experienced Social worker to join our Through Care service. You would be working with children with long term permanence plans who may live in foster care, residential care, supported independence or with kinship carers. We also support children to return to their parents care where safe, with the support of our reunification service.
