What the Job Involves
You will support the effective delivery of Enfield’s Shared Lives scheme by providing person-centered support to Shared Lives carers and adults in placement. The role includes ensuring safe, well-matched, and stable arrangements, supporting carer recruitment, assessment, training, and monitoring. You will promote the Shared Lives model within the community and work in accordance with CQC requirements, safeguarding duties, and Council policies.
