What the job involves
As the Fostering Recruitment Support Officer, you will be the main point of contact for individuals interested in becoming foster carers. You will support Foster Wales Cardiff by managing fostering recruitment enquiries, coordinating and attending local recruitment events, and assisting with the process of fostering applicants. Your role is vital in driving efforts to find more foster carers, encouraging a nurturing family home environment for children. You will also support the retention of existing foster carers.
