Who You Are
You are a qualified educational psychologist with registration by the Health Professions Council (HPC). You have at least two years of post-qualified experience in an English Local Authority, demonstrating expertise in providing high-quality, child-focused advice for statutory assessments. Contributing effectively within locality teams and supporting inclusive practices in educational settings is essential for this role.
What the job involves
This role requires you to deliver educational psychology services within a designated locality hub, actively contributing to transformational changes in SEND provisions and services. You will work collaboratively with a range of agencies to provide personalized casework centered on children and families. The role entails managing relationships across agencies, supporting SENCOs, and contributing to workforce development frameworks. You will be responsible for undertaking a minimum of three statutory assessments per month, which can be completed remotely, in order to develop sustainable income generation through traded services.
