What the job involves
This role involves overseeing and ensuring the quality of gas repair and installation works across housing portfolios, including capital projects and regeneration schemes. You'll conduct audits, inspections, surveys, and feasibility studies to support asset investment. Acting as a Contract Administrator for small projects and reviewing O&M information are also key responsibilities. Mileage will be compensated for inspection-related travel.
