Social Worker (Integrated Triage & Assessment) Grade 10 Join our Children’s Triage & Preventative Services team and play a vital role in ensuring children and families receive the right help at the right time. Working within a fast-paced multi-agency environment, you will undertake screening, assessment, and decision-making, identifying levels of need and risk while promoting early intervention and prevention.
