What the job involves
The role requires managing and supervising construction projects to provide Disabled Facility Grants. You will act as the Principal Designer and oversee projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, preparing detailed specifications, managing budgets, procuring contractors, and monitoring project progress and quality.
