Make a Difference in Your Community Are you passionate about supporting residents and helping to tackle Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB)? Do you have excellent customer service, communication and administrative skills? If so, we would like to hear from you. We are looking for a highly motivated ASB Liaison Officer to join our dedicated Anti-Social Behaviour Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting residents, victims of ASB, and frontline officers by providing a professional and responsive first point of contact for the service. As an ASB Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for receiving reports of anti-social behaviour, providing advice and support to residents, logging and allocating cases, maintaining accurate records, and assisting ASB Officers with case management and administrative tasks. This role is primarily office-based and is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. What You'll Be Doing Acting as the first point of contact for residents reporting anti-social behaviour. Responding professionally to telephone calls, emails and enquiries from residents, stakeholders and partner agencies. Providing support, advice and updates to victims of ASB. Logging and allocating ASB cases using Civica APP, COMINO and other case management systems. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records in line with data protection requirements. Supporting ASB Officers with victim contact, interviews, follow-up enquiries and case administration. Processing referrals to internal and external support agencies. Preparing correspondence, reports, flyers and intelligence submissions. Providing administrative support to the ASB Team, including minute-taking and meeting administration. Working closely with Housing, Community Safety, Police and other partner agencies to help deliver positive outcomes for residents.

About You We are looking for someone who: Has experience working in a customer-focused environment. Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Can confidently deal with residents who may be vulnerable, distressed or experiencing difficult circumstances. Has strong administrative and organisational skills. Is able to manage competing priorities and work under pressure. Has experience using databases and maintaining accurate records. Demonstrates excellent attention to detail. Is a team player with a positive and proactive approach. Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Understands the importance of confidentiality and data protection.
