Team Manager / IRO ( Children's ) CAP

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and motivated Team Manager to lead one of our Family Front Door teams. This is a rewarding opportunity to shape the first point of contact for children, young people and families, ensuring timely, effective and child-centred decision-making.
As Team Manager, you will provide leadership, oversight and support to a skilled multi-agency team responsible for receiving, screening and assessing contacts, referrals and requests for support. You will play a vital role in ensuring children receive the right help, at the right time, from the right service.
