Family Help Practitioner (PO1)

This role is to work within a newly developed team which involve working with families who have become homeless due to various factors

Family Help Move On Housing Team Remit
To assess and support families who:
Are no longer offered a duty from Housing possibly due to intentional homelessness. (Intentional homelessness is defined as a situation where a household has deliberately taken an action, or failed to act, that has led to the loss of accommodation which it would have been reasonable for them to continue to occupy)
Are at risk of homelessness
Have no other safeguarding concerns
With no recourse to public funds (NRPF)

The successful candidate will be based in the office 3 days week and working from home twice week
they will be part of a duty rota
working hours 35 (Mon -Fri)
This is full time role for 3 months
