Your role includes ensuring the quality of practice within teams, supporting consultant social workers with their management responsibilities, and providing management oversight. You will be expected to supervise and arrange consistent supervision for case holders and consultant social workers to ensure positive interventions for children and young people. Additionally, you will manage performance, attendance, and health and safety needs of your team.
