Legal Assistant LBS-009

Looking for someone who can help with the Buy Back 50 Project. Would be looking for someone who can draft an Agreement, Deed of Surrender and can carry the file through from start to finish, plus complete SDLT and HM Land Registry applications. Transferable skills in other areas of property, other residential transactions, Right to Buy etc would be fine, and support and training would be provided. Would expect the person to be in the office initially, we normally split, 2-3 days. Would want someone who has a couple of years experience at least
