What the Job Involves
The role involves managing a caseload of youth justice cases, engaging with young people and their families to assess, develop, and implement interventions that support personal and social skill development. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, attending court duties, preparing reports, and supporting both preventative and reactive youth justice services. You will ensure compliance with national standards and take responsibility for continued professional development.
