An individual with experience in housing, property, homelessness, or customer-focused services, capable of managing competing priorities and building relationships with customers and partners.
What the job involves
In this role, you will prevent, arrange, and manage temporary accommodation placements for households experiencing homelessness. Duties include negotiating with evicting households, arranging and managing temporary accommodation placements and transfers, working with residents, landlords, providers, and partners to secure suitable housing, ensuring placements are safe, compliant, and cost-effective, and managing competing demands while delivering a customer-focused service.
