Who You Are
You are an experienced adult learning tutor, well-versed in teaching within Further Education and adult learning sectors. You have a proven track record of success in curriculum development, planning, delivering, assessing, and evaluating educational programs. You hold a teaching qualification, and if not already qualified, you are willing to achieve it within your first year of service.
What the Job Involves
The role requires delivering Essential Digital Skills and coding courses, planning and preparing lesson plans, maintaining accurate records, and assessing learner progress. You will ensure safeguarding and equality requirements are met, handle course accreditation, and use ICT in managing learning. Participation in team meetings and professional development is expected.
