Who You Are
You have a minimum of 2 years of previous CWD (Children with Disabilities) experience.
What the job involves
Manage a caseload of children with disabilities, engage in meaningful relationships with children and families, and focus on understanding and prioritizing their needs. Responsibilities include developing strengths-based care plans, safeguarding children, and collaborating with multi-agency partners to provide holistic support. You will also handle child protection planning, support transitions, advocate for families, maintain records, and participate in team development and improvement initiatives.
