What the job involves
As a Family Group Conference Practice Manager at Plymouth City Council, you will lead and develop an innovative FGC service. Your role will involve driving quality, performance, and continuous improvement, building strong partnerships across Children's Services and community agencies, managing risk in complex situations, overseeing budgets, and securing funding opportunities. You will champion Family Group Conferencing across the system, providing strategic and operational leadership throughout the service.
