You are skilled in business process redesign, problem-solving, and communication, and can operate independently in a fast-paced environment. A qualification in Business Analysis is essential.
What the Job Involves
This role involves working on two high-priority programmes: Customer Services Transformation and Commercialisation. You will redesign customer journeys, improve services, and identify efficiencies. You'll be responsible for leading business analysis activities, facilitating workshops, driving solution design, and influencing decision-making through evidence-based analysis. You will also develop business cases and manage business requirements.
