What the Job Involves
The role involves leading the management and resolution of Stage 1 SEND complaints. It includes tasks such as managing and coordinating complaints, acknowledging, investigating, and responding within agreed timescales, and preparing professional complaint responses. Key responsibilities also consist of working collaboratively with families, schools, and professionals to resolve issues early, identifying themes from complaints for service improvement, and maintaining accurate complaint records.
