Who You Are
You are knowledgeable about SEND legislation, possess experience in investigating complaints, and have excellent communication and analytical skills. You are committed to improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND.
What the job involves
Your role involves managing and resolving Stage 1 SEND complaints, ensuring they are handled promptly and fairly. You will collaborate with families, schools, and professionals to resolve concerns and improve outcomes for children with SEND. You will be responsible for quality assurance, partnership working, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies. You will also develop positive relationships with stakeholders and contribute to service improvements.
