A committed and efficient caretaker who is dedicated to maintaining cleanliness and taking on various estate duties while collaborating with residents and management to deliver a high level of service.
What the job involves
As a caretaker, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining communal areas, reporting incidents and tenant complaints, and conducting minor repairs and gardening. You will also liaise with tenants to provide advice and assistance, participate in joint working arrangements, and ensure compliance with council policies.
