This role is based within Haringey Council’s Children’s Services, working in the Disabled Children's Team to support children and young people with complex needs and their families. The post holder will manage a varied caseload, undertaking assessments, coordinating short breaks and joint-funded packages, and working closely with multi-agency partners including health and education.
