Who You Are
An individual with at least NVQ level 4 education or equivalent in a relevant subject such as PTLLS, IAG, PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification. You should be registered with the Education Workforce Council and have substantial knowledge of the education sector, particularly in working with challenging and vulnerable young people. Experience in program coordination, inter-agency partnership, and developing course material is essential. You communicate effectively, manage challenging behaviors, and can adapt to project delivery needs.
What the Job Involves
You will contribute to the design, delivery, and performance of youth training programs, ensuring these are engaging and meet the standards required by the service and awarding organizations. Responsibilities include planning the learning and assessment process, recruiting and inducting learners, delivering personal development workshops, and managing program outcomes. Collaboration with key partners and maintaining positive relationships with learners are crucial. You'll also ensure compliance with contractual performance targets and safeguard all learners.
