What the job involves
This role involves providing an intensive, targeted, and high-quality whole-family service for families in Bexley, with the aim of preventing poor outcomes and escalation to high-need statutory services. You will manage a caseload of families with multiple and complex needs, deliver interventions, and develop SMART family support plans. Additionally, you will offer specialist training to colleagues and partner agencies, work in partnership with various services, and ensure compliance with the Council's Early Help and Prevention Strategy.
