You will understand the importance of dignity, respect, safeguarding and inclusion and be motivated by making a positive difference every day. You will be an effective communicator, a supportive team player and someone who can work calmly and professionally in a variety of situations.
What the job involves
This rewarding role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex support needs to access meaningful activities, develop life skills, build relationships and participate fully in their communities. You will work closely with customers, their families, carers and professionals to deliver high-quality person-centred support that enables individuals to achieve their goals, maximise independence and improve their quality of life.
