You are a reliable and flexible individual with the ability to work independently and travel between different housing sites. You possess a good attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards.
What the Job Involves
The role involves providing cleaning cover across multiple residential housing sites. You will be responsible for cleaning communal areas such as corridors, stairwells, and lifts, maintaining communal bin areas, and ensuring external areas are presentable. In addition, you will report any repairs or hazards and adhere to health and safety procedures while working.
