What the job involves

This role involves assisting Senior Planning Managers in managing and controlling development within the framework of current town planning legislation. You will prepare reports, make recommendations on applications under delegated powers, and take delegated decisions on planning applications. Additional responsibilities include managing a Development Management team, representing the Chief Planner at various meetings, leading negotiations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
