Who You Are

You are an experienced social worker dedicated to supporting children, young people, and their families. You possess a deep understanding of child development, family dynamics, and the challenges faced by children with disabilities. You are adept at building and sustaining effective relationships with service users and colleagues, demonstrating strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

What the job involves

This role involves planning and leading assessments of children's and young people's strengths, resilience, developmental needs, and risks. You will collaborate with families and partners to coordinate strategies, services, and interventions. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, writing reports, and ensuring compliance with legislation and policies. You will be part of team activities, participate in regular supervision, contribute to service development, and implement equal opportunities practices.
