What the Job Involves
As a Customer Service Advisor for Children's Services, you will be the first point of contact for calls reporting concerns about children. You will handle inquiries from the public and professionals like Police Officers, Nurses, and School Teachers. Your role involves gathering detailed information using professional curiosity and Signs of Safety Methodology, documenting it accurately, and passing it to Children's Social Care teams. You will work from Lancaster House in Lincoln, primarily during office hours but need flexibility between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. The position requires a full induction followed by service-specific training.
