Role

Who You Are	Candidates should possess a strong technical background in surveying, repairs, property maintenance, or asset management. They must have experience in voids, responsive repairs, and housing maintenance services.
What the job involves	The role involves undertaking inspections of void properties, assessing conditions, identifying required repairs, and producing detailed work schedules. You will raise specifications and works orders using the NHF Schedule of Rates, ensure clarity and compliance of specifications, complete surveys promptly, and work collaboratively with the Voids Team to achieve targets.
Skills	Surveying and repairs expertise Knowledge of voids and housing maintenance Technical knowledge of repair requirements Organisational and time management Experience with NHF Schedule of Rates Ability to meet performance targets
