You are an experienced contract manager with a strong background in managing repairs or void maintenance contracts, particularly within the social housing sector. You possess excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills and are adept at using performance information to drive service improvements.
What the Job Involves
The Contract Manager is responsible for leading the operational delivery of the voids programme across all appointed contractors. This includes ensuring work is delivered safely, meeting quality standards, within agreed timescales, and in accordance with the Southwark Void Standard. You will provide leadership, monitor contractor performance, chair performance meetings, and implement recovery plans when needed. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and coordinating with Service Managers to maximize productivity is also a key part of the role.
