You have a strong knowledge of Plymouth and its surrounding areas, and you are comfortable using planning software. You are adept at working under your own initiative as well as part of a team.
What the job involves
This role involves organizing school transport for Plymouth students, many with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). You will be required to take calls and solve issues as they arise, working both on an early shift at Ballard House and answering phones from 7 am. You will be planning efficient and cost-effective routes using planning software and are expected to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
