You have a strong understanding of the factors influencing health and experience working with diverse communities, including long-term unemployed and economically inactive individuals. You are adept at developing tailored action plans and supporting individuals in managing their health conditions, particularly those facing multiple employment barriers. You are committed to improving quality of life and supporting personal development through comprehensive health initiatives.
What the Job Involves
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating health and wellbeing programmes that focus on improving mental resilience, physical activity, nutrition, stress management, sleep hygiene, and social connections. You will conduct assessments to identify participants' individual needs and barriers, collaborate with clinical and community partners to deliver integrated support, and develop measurable health-related goals. You will facilitate peer support and self-management strategies, organize community outreach events, and leverage your up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based interventions to ensure impactful programme delivery.
