What the job involves
In this role, you will assess and review the needs of customers and carers, conduct risk assessments, and formulate risk management plans. You will be responsible for implementing safeguarding plans, working in accordance with statutory legislation, managing priorities and workloads, and promoting the use of assistive technology. Maintaining accurate records and collaborating with stakeholders are key aspects of the job. You will also be involved in professional development, chair meetings, and engage in service improvement efforts.
