A dedicated and fast-paced social worker with experience in safeguarding and risk assessment.
What the job involves
Working within a co-located unit at Cardiff Bay Police Station, collaborating with partner agencies on the Safeguarding agenda. Conduct timely risk assessments of contacts and referrals to the MASH, identifying individuals at risk, and engaging in multi-agency strategy discussions to guide decision-making and implement safeguarding actions.
