Who You Are
An experienced and committed Social Worker with a strong professional work ethic, capable of managing a caseload of 8-12 families in a child protection environment. You are confident in risk assessment and have a diligent approach to safeguarding children and supporting families.
What the job involves
As part of Westminster City Council's Child Protection & Complex CIN Team, you will lead statutory and complex social work interventions, ensuring the safety and positive outcomes of children facing safeguarding concerns. Key responsibilities include conducting strategy discussions, managing court proceedings, participating in multi-agency work, and maintaining accurate case records using Mosaic.
