This role involves overseeing the remobilisation and demobilisation of contracts, specifically handling projects with 1,300 mixed tenure homes in London and 300 homes in Sussex and Kent. You will be responsible for project delivery, engaging with business units on aspects like building safety, compliance, and performance. You will also engage with stakeholders, including the Exec Team and Leadership Team, maintain the project risk and mitigation register, and ensure adherence to project governance standards. Project reporting is a key component of the role.
