Who You Are

You are a skilled manager with experience in repairs, maintenance, or void works, equipped with a strong understanding of property construction and repair methods. You have the ability to manage contractors, communicate effectively, and handle a large workload efficiently.

What the job involves

This role involves managing an allocated portfolio of void properties from survey to completion, ensuring that contractors deliver work safely, to the required quality, and within the programme. Key responsibilities include undertaking inspections, validating survey specifications, managing contractors, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with the Southwark Void Standard. Additionally, you will coordinate with specialist contractors and liaise with Lettings and Housing teams while maintaining accurate records.
