What the job involves
As an Assertive Move-On Worker, you will help individuals transition from supported and temporary accommodation to long-term housing. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing support plans, coordinating with partner agencies, and assisting clients in understanding tenancy responsibilities. You will provide guidance on budgeting, welfare benefits, and tenancy sustainment, while advocating for service users and contributing to housing pathway processes.
