Who You Are You are an expert social worker with a passion for working with adolescents in high-risk and complex situations. You are experienced in attending Strategy Meetings, completing s47 investigations, and chairing Child In Need Meetings. You are committed to professional development and supporting others in maintaining a reflective and learning-oriented practice culture.
What the Job Involves You will lead and provide guidance around complex/high-risk casework, support the Manager and service needs through supervision, advice, mentoring, and consultation. You will promote professional development through practice reflection, team development, and group supervision sessions. Responsibilities include working closely with the Principal Social Worker and QA Lead, leading training needs analysis, and ensuring access to relevant training.
