What the job involves
This role involves facilitating and supervising contact sessions between children and their families across various venues. It requires ensuring the safety and wellbeing of children during these sessions, observing interactions, and maintaining detailed records. The job requires producing accurate reports for social care assessments and court proceedings. You will also contribute to continuous service improvement and ensure compliance with all relevant safeguarding legislation and guidance. The role includes preparing contact facilities, supporting parents, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
