What the Job Involves
The role of Passenger Transport Supervisor is a full-time, temporary 3-month contract based at Oakleigh Road Depot. The position involves managing the passenger fleet service, ensuring effective and efficient transport for passengers while maintaining cost-effectiveness and compliance with policies and procedures. Responsibilities include performance management, financial oversight, human resource management, training and development, vehicle safety and compliance, customer care, and health and safety management. The role also requires occasional work at the North London Business Park and offers flexible working hours to meet operational needs.
