What the Job Involves
This role involves managing a caseload to achieve positive outcomes for families by employing solution-focused, strengths-based methodologies. You will assess and address risk and vulnerability through Early Help Assessment and create needs-led plans in collaboration with families. Responsibilities include delivering targeted activities, maintaining accurate records, and participating in reviews and meetings as needed. You will support the Family Hub Manager and ensure coordination of services, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment for families. The role requires increasing parental engagement, conducting home visits, working as part of a multi-agency team, and promoting services at events.
