This role involves performing cleaning duties as per the local work program, including sweeping, washing, and maintaining communal areas such as staircases, foyers, courtyards, and refuse storage rooms. The role requires careful attention to refuse management and quick response to graffiti. You'll also need to interact with residents and record estate incidents for the Neighbourhood Caretaking Team Leader.
