Who You Are

An experienced professional with a background in residential settings for older people, particularly those living with dementia. You have a solid understanding of CQC inspections and standards, along with proven leadership capabilities.

What the Job Involves

This role requires managing staff through supervision, training, and handovers, as well as overseeing medication processes. You'll be the duty officer in charge of the care home, responsible for prioritizing workloads, ensuring health & safety compliance, managing infection control, and organizing staff rotas and allocation of duties, including shifts on weekends and bank holidays. Proficiency in computer use for communication and documentation is also required.
