- A Senior Family Practitioner is an experienced social care professional skilled in managing complex casework and providing leadership within children's services. They bring extensive experience in safeguarding, child-centered practices, and supporting less experienced practitioners.

- This role involves delivering high-quality assessment, intervention, and support services to children, young people, and families with complex needs. It includes managing complex caseloads, conducting assessments, and safeguarding children. Practitioners are expected to build relationships with families, deliver evidence-based interventions, and support service development initiatives.
