Role

Who You Are

You are an experienced professional with a Level 3 qualification in health and social care, adept at providing guidance and support in a children's home setting. You have extensive experience working with young people with complex needs and are knowledgeable about reducing barriers to engage those at risk of anti-social or offending behavior.

What the job involves

Your role involves engaging with children, families, schools, and other professionals to offer support and guidance. You will develop and facilitate workshops, work on project development, and handle planning, delivery, and evaluation of programs aimed at supporting young people. Additionally, you will implement safeguarding procedures, conduct risk assessments, and apply diversity and equal opportunity policies in the workplace.
